This Privacy Policy describes how Two Empty Mugs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Dig Blitz (the "App"), available on Android.

1. Information We Collect

We do not directly collect any personal information from users of Dig Blitz. The App does not require account registration, does not ask for your name, email address, or any other identifying information.

All game progress (coins, tools, relics, settings) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.

We use GameAnalytics to collect anonymous gameplay analytics data. This includes:

• Session length and session count
• Gameplay events (e.g. depth reached, tools purchased, relics unlocked)
• Device model, operating system version, and connection type
• A randomly generated device identifier (not linked to your identity)
• Google Advertising ID (if available on your device)
• Approximate location (country only, derived from IP address)
• App crash and error logs

This data is used solely to understand how the game is played and improve it. GameAnalytics processes this data on our behalf as a service provider and does not share it with third parties. Data is automatically deleted within 90 days.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Dig Blitz displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Because this App is directed at children, we have configured AdMob to operate in child-directed mode. This means:

• Personalised advertising is disabled.
• Interest-based advertising and remarketing are disabled.
• Only contextual, non-personalised ads are shown.

Even in child-directed mode, Google AdMob may collect certain technical information to serve ads and prevent fraud, such as device type and IP address. This is governed by Google's own privacy policy:

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Dig Blitz is directed at a general audience that includes children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not contain any features that collect, store, or transmit personal data from any user, including children.

Advertising within the App is configured to be child-directed, disabling personalised ads as described in Section 2 above.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — advertising network. AdMob privacy information
• GameAnalytics — anonymous gameplay analytics. GameAnalytics privacy policy

5. Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Game save data stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App or using the "Reset All Progress" option within the App's settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
